Kdo je PETRA?
Petra se přihlásila do kurzu Jídlo jako Radost, když viděla obrovské výsledky na svém otci. S počáteční váhou 120 kg začala postupně měnit své stravovací návyky, cvičit a kompletně přehodnotila svůj životní styl. Za tři měsíce v kurzu se jí podařilo zhubnout 17 kg, a tím nejen vytvořila rekord Centra Radosti a stala se velkým příkladem a motivací pro ostatní členy centra. Do dnešního dne se jí podařilo zhubnout 39 kg, ale ještě není úplně na konci.
Kdo je LENKA?
Lenka ,,náhodou” zavítala do Centra Radosti ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm s nabídkou své práce a při své prezentaci nespustila oči s nástěnek s úspěšnými příběhy našich klientů. Na místě se rozhodla vstoupit do kurzu Jídlo jako Radost - online, protože je zdaleka. Petra byla obrovskou motivací, ale Lenka si vzala si do hlavy, že překoná Petřin rekord. Podařilo se jí zhubnout 18,3 kg za tři měsíce, čímž byl nový rekord na světě. Lenka má do nového roku taky své cíle a věří, že jich dosáhne.

Studium mi dalo velký rozhled v oblasti pohybové aktivity. Zjistila jsem, jak reaguje lidské tělo na pohyb, jak úžasným nástrojem je pohyb k tomu, abychom byli zdravější, dosáhli své optimální váhy nebo si třeba jen vytvarovali a zpevnili postavu. Neméně důležité je samozřejmě i to, co si dávám každý den na talíř. Tudíž výživa byla nedílnou součástí studia. Šest měsíců jsem studovala tento obor ve Velké Británii a tři měsíce jsem byla na stáži ve fitness centru rovněž ve Velké Británii.
